Swim Lessons!!

We enrolled Gracie in Swim lesson for the last 6 weeks, this is the last week for this sesson. We just enrolled her for the next 6 weeks to. She is doing really good but we thought that she should have just a little more.

They start out as Pike, then Eel then Ray, then Starfish. She startied out as a Prike because she has never had lessons before, they skipped over the eel and want her to go right into the Ray, They thought she was doing so good.

We are so proud of our little fish. She made really fast friends with this adorable little girl. Her name is Kacey.

They are a lot alike and we will try to keep these girls together and let them see each other outside of swim lessons. They are really cute together. This picture is of her and Gracie and Josey, Kaseys little sister.

Gracies Tea Party/Sleep Over!!

When Gracie was a baby we started getting together with these other girls as a playgroup. We used to meet once a month to let the girls play. Us mothers didn't know each other that well but we are like sister now. It has been really awesome to watch these girls grow up together. It has been 4 1/2 years. We don't get together as often anymore with the kids but us mothers still get together twice a month. Once for bruch and a book study. (right not that is For Woman Only, buy Shanti Feldman) Awesome book. The other time is in the evening to cook. We started makeing freezer meals, we each make 6 meals of one thing then each person gets to take a different 5 meals home. Then we always make an extra meal, and give it to someone who could use a liitle help that month. So if anyone has any needs or suggestions just let us know. We do it for a community outreach and and also are helping ourselves in the process. Now back to the party, These little girls are 5 or almost there. When the get together they just pick up from where they left off, like they were never appart. It was really awesome to see them away from there parents. They totally come out of there shell and show off there little personalitys. It was great to get to know them on a more personal level. We started out the eventing with a Formal Tea Party, that was a big hit, They loved the tea and cookies i had made. I ask a friend from church to come and take pictures of the girls so when i get a chance i will post some from the actuall tea party but the girls really thought that was special to have someone elso take there pictures. After the tea party, the girls got to make there own mini pizzas for supper. They were so shock that i let them do everthing by themselves, even the sause. They did great with minimal mess. Then they played till the pizzas were baked. After supper they were all excited about getting dressed for bed and getting there sleeping bags out that i let them even though it was just 7:30. They all slept on the living room floor in the bags. That was a reall cute sight. They fell asleep watching movies. The Last 2 didn't sleep until 12:15a.m. They were up again bright and early ready to play. There moms came from 10:00-11:00a.m. We had a really fun and great time. Thank you moms for letting your daughters come and play with Gracie, that was really neet. I wish you could have been a fly on the wall to watch all the happenings.

Barrel Child!!

This past weekend Kaitlyn crawled into my barrel and i thought it just looked way to cute and i snapped a shot. Isn't she adorable.

Cabin

Okay i admit it has been a while since i have updated. Life can't get any crazier then what it is right now i am sure. Life is great right now just crazy busy. I enrolled Gracie in swim lessons, you will see pics later, but it takes two days a week. Driving to Orville and back and anything i do other then that in a week just makes it very full with 3 kids. Then with teaching the singles class at church we have biblestudys on Wednesday evenings and Chriss is playing Softball on a fall league for a guy from church. Then ther is always extra stuff stuck into our evenings that we just want to do. We are having fun being a family and doing a ton of stuff, its just tiring. My friend Megan summed it up life really well in her blog. I thought wow that fits right were we are right now if you want to read it you can click on the link. http://www.mommymoments99.blogspot.com/

Anyhow enough of borring you i will get on with it. We went to the Cabin the weekend of the 10 and 11th. That was really fun to get away other then the fact that i got sick with sore throut that didn't go away forever. I had a fever with it to. Needless to say the kids all got it as well. Not a fun week after that. But the cabin was great. Its so fun to get away from life in general. NO TV!NO Phone!! No News!! No Family bothering you with problems their problems!!! NO offense anyone but it was great to just focus on our Children andto be together just US!!!! Chriss did some hunting and saw a few deer but didn't get a shot at anything. The cabin doesn't have running water, we have electric through a solar panel so we had lights in the evenings. The kids really enjoy going. This time they werent aloud to get in the water, it was to cold. But they played really well inside.
